Embroidery on Kurtha

The machine embroidery around the neck was already there when I bought the kurta.

I added the flower shaped sequins.

I used the same colours in the machine embroidery around to neck to embellish the sleeves.

The stitches used - herringbone and lazy daisy (detached chain) with a white sleeve bead on the straight stitch that anchors down the detached chain.

This is a close-up of a corner of the lower edge of the kurta.
